Campus Recruitment: Scientech Career Seminar and Collaborative Exchange

The College of Engineering invited Scientech, a leader in semiconductor equipment, to host a campus recruitment seminar. The event was attended by Mr. Eric Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Scientech and a distinguished alumnus of the CCU Department of Physics, along with Mr. Kevin Tzou, President of the Manufacturing Business Group, demonstrating the company's profound commitment to talent cultivation.

The seminar attracted a large number of students. Speaking as a senior alumnus, CEO Eric Lee engaged directly with students to analyze current trends in the semiconductor industry. By sharing personal experiences and introducing corporate culture, job categories, and career paths, the event provided students with firsthand knowledge of key competencies and future developments within the semiconductor equipment sector.

Following the seminar, the guests from Scientech met with Dean Pao-Ann Hsiung and the leadership team of the College of Engineering for an industry-academia collaboration exchange. The discussion focused on future academic exchanges and internship programs, aiming to promote the sharing of R&D capabilities through close institutional dialogue.

The College of Engineering aimed to continue serving as a bridge between industry and talent. Through diverse interactive models, the college assisted students in aligning with industry trends during their studies, fostering exceptional competitive advantages for their future careers!
