National Chung Cheng University hosted its annual job fair on March 19, bringing together 74 companies and offering approximately 5,100 job opportunities. Nearly 70% of the openings featured starting salaries above NT$40,000, reflecting a strong demand for professional talent.

The fair encouraged students to explore career paths beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries and highlighted international positions in alignment with the university’s English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) initiative. Furthermore, the event organized internship opportunities by college to provide clearer guidance and improve career matching. By facilitating direct interaction between students and employers, the event aimed to better prepare participants for their transition from university to professional careers.
