The core mission of the “Teaching Practice Research Program” was to address real-world challenges in the classroom. CCU’s winning projects achieved concrete breakthroughs in boosting student motivation, cultivating cross-disciplinary skills, and enhancing learning outcome assessments. By utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research, these professors transformed classroom observations into empirical data, effectively refining course designs to realize a truly student-centered educational blueprint.
A Strong Foundation: Building a Collaborative Learning Community
The Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) under the Office of Academic Affairs noted that the university has long invested institutional resources to support its faculty. Through initiatives such as excellence-sharing seminars, pilot project grants, faculty learning communities, and professional consultations, CCU provided a robust support system for educators.
Looking ahead, the university indicated it would continue to deepen the integration of teaching and research, fostering a positive pedagogical culture and strengthening CCU’s influence in the field of higher education innovation.
CCU extended its warmest congratulations to the winning professors and encouraged all faculty members to continue refining their teaching through the spirit of research, creating lasting value for students' learning journeys.
