To promote Taiwan's strengths in higher and vocational education and attract international talents for internships in Taiwan, the Ministry of Education is implementing the "Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP)." The program aims to encourage youth talents from all over the world to intern in Taiwan, and later consider pursuing further studies or employment in Taiwan.

Dr. Shaw-Jenq Tsai, President of National Chung Cheng University (CCU), stated that to enhance the overall development of internationalization and foster the integration of academic research with practical applications, CCU submitted 38 project proposals for this academic year, securing grants totaling NT$10.46 million. This achievement once again places CCU at the top among universities nationwide receiving TEEP funding.
Prof. Victoria Rau, Dean of the Office of International Affairs, noted that CCU faculty's active participation in TEEP not only cultivates friendly relationship between international professionals and Taiwan, but also continually energizes efforts to promote an internationalized educational and research environment.

Vice Dean of the Office of International Affairs, Prof. Yi-Mei Lin mentioned that over the years, CCU's efforts through TEEP have successfully attracted outstanding youth from developed countries and emerging markets to Taiwan, receiving widespread recognition.
Prof. Cheng-I Lee, Director of the Division of International Students, added that foreign youth interns who came to Taiwan through the TEEP program appreciate Taiwan's friendly living environment and the human touch of kindness. To provide high-quality internship opportunities, CCU consistently promotes a bilingual campus and further internationalization.

Prof. Michael Chan (Dean of the College of Sciences), Prof. Yuan-Yao Li (Dean of the College of Engineering), and Prof. Ya-Hui Lien (Dean of the College of Management) emphasized that CCU faculty members actively participate in the TEEP program to attract talented international students from both developed and emerging markets. By subsidizing universities in Taiwan to recruit overseas talent, the program significantly enhances Taiwan's international academic reputation and soft power, yielding remarkable and well-recognized results.
