中正大學於9月13日至14日舉辦「113學年度願景共築會議」，由校長蔡少正帶領校內各行政與教學單位的主管參與，透過兩天的深度討論，為學校發展勾勒藍圖。 

為了凝聚「再創中正榮光」的共同願景，該會議透過各各行政與教學單位主管的互動交流與集思廣益，與會主管們探討當前校務發展情況，針對學校面臨的挑戰提出創新解方。當天主管們分組制定具體行動藍圖，為中正大學在學術提升、教學精進、國際鏈結及學生發展等方面提供明確的指引，致力提升學校整體競爭力，奠定百年基業。 

此次願景共築會議運用欣賞式探詢（Appreciative Inquiry）和世界咖啡館（World Café）等團隊活化的引導技術，讓討論在輕鬆的氛圍中進行。主辦單位表示，參與主管們各個感覺愉快，並在活動中回想過去、夢想未來讓每個人的意見都被傾聽與重視，共同為實現中正大學願景提供建言，更促進跨單位的交流，激發更多創意與可能性。 

蔡少正校長指出，這次願景共築會議充分展現中正大學團隊合作的精神，凝聚共識，並為未來發展注入新的動能。未來學校將在全體中正人的共同努力下，逐步將想法化為行動，持續邁向卓越，讓中正大學成為一所偉大的學校，持續為台灣高等教育做出貢獻。
 

National Chung Cheng University Concludes Vision-Building Retreat for Academic Year 113, Setting the Course for Future Growth 

National Chung Cheng University (CCU) successfully concluded its "Academic Year 113 Vision-Building Retreat" on September 14. The two-day event, held from September 13 to 14 and led by CCU President Shaw-Jenq Tsai, brought together the university’s top administrative and academic leaders to chart a forward-looking roadmap for institutional growth. 

The retreat, centered on the theme of "Revitalizing Chung Cheng's Glory," aimed to unite the university’s senior leaders in collaborative discussions. Participants engaged in extensive dialogue and brainstorming sessions, focusing on the university’s current challenges and future opportunities. The result was the development of concrete action plans targeting key areas such as research enhancement, teaching improvement, international connection, and student development. These initiatives are designed to boost CCU’s overall competitiveness and establish a strong foundation for long-term success. 

Using facilitation methods, including Appreciative Inquiry and the World Café, the retreat fostered a relaxed and open atmosphere for discussion. Participants were encouraged to reflect on past achievements, share ideas, and envision the university’s future. This approach promoted meaningful cross-unit collaboration, unlocking creative ideas and new possibilities for the university’s advancement. 

President Tsai emphasized that the retreat exemplified the university's commitment to teamwork and collective growth. "This event has helped us reach a shared understanding of our vision and generated the momentum we need to move forward," Tsai remarked. With the unified efforts of the entire CCU community, the university is well-positioned to translate these ideas into action and continue its pursuit of excellence, ensuring its ongoing prominence in Taiwan’s higher education landscape.
