In his presentation, "New Trends in Responsible Investment and Stewardship in the AI Era," Liao introduced Amundi's initiatives in responsible investment and discussed the opportunities and risks brought about by artificial intelligence. He emphasized that when addressing emerging issues, investors should maintain active engagement with investee companies to encourage improvement and strengthen their responses to sustainability challenges.
Huang presented "Entering the Real World of ESG," sharing his practical transition from academia to the sustainability consulting industry. He highlighted the importance of professional networking and personal branding, encouraging students not to wait until they feel completely prepared before entering the workplace, but rather to take initiative, embrace new opportunities, and continuously build their capabilities through hands-on experience.
ASIRC noted that the case competition and ESG Forum served as two distinct platforms for deepening engagement with sustainability issues from the dual perspectives of academic research and industry practice. The Center affirmed that it will continue to promote sustainable investment research, talent development, and university-industry collaboration.
