If you are sure you want to apply for the course, click "Confirm"; otherwise, click "Cancel" and re-select "Temporary Application Form" for the course you want to drop, then confirm and submit it during the application period.
Once "Confirmed" is submitted, the application is successful and cannot be modified or withdrawn.
***How to Confirm:
Click "Search". The course to be dropped will appear in the list below, and the review status will show "Approved".
***Important Notes:
Each student can only drop one course per semester. Please consider carefully and click "Confirm" to submit during the application period. Once the application is submitted, the dropped course cannot be modified.
After withdrawing from a course, it is normal for the withdrawn course to remain in E-Course2; please do not worry about it.
III. Undergraduate students with 8 credits or less are not eligible to withdraw from courses (this does not apply to Master's and Doctoral programs).
IV. Students who previously applied for short-term courses may withdraw if their total credit hours reach 9; otherwise, they are not eligible.
V. According to Article 9 of the university's course selection guidelines:
Withdrawn courses will still be recorded on the semester's transcript and annual academic transcript, but the grade column will indicate "W" (withdrawn).
Credit hours for withdrawn courses will not be counted towards the total credit hours for that semester. 3. For courses with tuition fees payable according to regulations, tuition fees already paid will not be refunded, and unpaid fees must be paid.
