CCU and Universitas Bunda Mulia Successfully Co-Hosted CONDIVISION 2025

The College of Management at National Chung Cheng University (CCU), Taiwan, in partnership with Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM), Indonesia, successfully co-hosted the 2025 International Conference on Digital Innovation and Business Transformation (CONDIVISION 2025) on August 14–15, 2025.
Held in a hybrid format, the conference brought together scholars and practitioners from around the globe to explore the theme: “Shaping a Sustainable Future Through Digital Transformation: Blending Innovation, Technology, and Corporate Social Responsibility.”
The event featured insightful keynote speeches, including a presentation by Professor Lien Ya-Hui, Dean of CCU’s College of Management, who discussed resilient leadership and its role in guiding organizations through the challenges of digital transformation.
Through parallel sessions and paper presentations, participants exchanged innovative ideas and engaged in constructive discussions that advanced the understanding of sustainable business practices, digital innovation, and corporate social responsibility.
This successful collaboration not only strengthened academic ties between CCU and UBM but also showcased both institutions’ commitment to fostering international research cooperation and creating a positive impact within the global academic community.
